Frequently Asked Questions

We know that our pricing is among the lowest in the industry. We've been doing this for so long, it's become second nature to us. It simply doesn't take us nearly as long to conceptualize, design, and create as it might take others who are not quite as seasoned. And honestly, we just don't feel right about charging top dollar and taking money out of your pocket 'because we can'. We'd rather see you invest that back into your own success.

Depending on the package and optional add-ons you may choose, we anticipate your project will take between 1-3 weeks. To maintain a high level of focus and integrity, we only take on a few projects a month. In an effort to stay on track, we will respond to your inquiries quickly and thoroughly. We ask the same from you.

In order to maintain focus and keep our timelines moving, we do not offer discovery calls. Over the years, we've been able to streamline and refine our system and strategy down to a science. Every detail has been considered and laid out for you. So, with us, you really don't need them.

We also prefer written communication because it gives us specifics in your own words that we can refer back to as we work through your project. If you have questions beforehand, feel free to reach out via our contact form.

 An investment in your business branding will serve you for many years to come. Most of our clients will see a full return on their investment within 2-3 months. 

Due to our super quick turnaround time, low price-point, and the fact that our work is created expressly for you, we do not offer payment plans. You are, however, welcome use one of the payment plans offered by our third-party payment processors, Stripe or PayPal.

If you choose to use commercial fonts in your design, you'll be responsible for purchasing the appropriate license(s). All of that will be discussed with you within the project, prior to finalizing your design.

The only other potential fee is for excessive revisions. Because this is a fixed-price agreement, each package comes with a set number of edits.

We're fully committed to protecting your privacy. Anything you share with us is used solely for the purpose of completing our work together. We will never share your information, unless required by Law.
