We know that our pricing is among the lowest in the industry. We've been doing this for so long, it's become second nature to us. It simply doesn't take us nearly as long to conceptualize, design, and create as it might take others who are not quite as seasoned. And honestly, we just don't feel right about charging top dollar and taking money out of your pocket 'because we can'. We'd rather see you invest that back into your own success.

We anticipate your project will take between 1-2 weeks. To maintain a high level of focus and integrity, we only take on a few projects a month. In an effort to stay on track, we will respond to your inquiries quickly and thoroughly, and we ask the same from you.

In order to maintain focus and keep our timelines moving, we do not offer discovery calls. Over the years, we've been able to refine our system and strategy down to a science. Every detail has been considered and our intake questionnaire is highly detailed. So, with us, you really don't need a discovery call. And we’re always available through the private client portal or email.

We also prefer written communication because it gives us specifics in your own words that we can refer back to as we work through your project. If you have questions beforehand, feel free to reach out via our contact form.

All of our visual designs come complete with your choice of a communication package.

Option one is a brand strategy and voice package. It’s perfect for people with a new brand or a brand that doesn’t feel cohesive or genuine. This package includes all of your foundational elements, your brand personality profile, up to three ideal customer profiles, including how to write and sell to them, and your brand voice, all wrapped in a 30+ page customized guide.

Option two is best for brands who have a brand strategy and/or voice guide in place. This package offers a mini website copywriting package inclusive of your home page, about page, and a social media bio. You;ll receive an editable file you can tweak as your business grows and scales.

The cost of the packages is included in the total investment. If you’d like both of these options, let us know and we will be in touch.

Due to our super quick turnaround time, low price-point, and the fact that our work is created expressly for you, we do not offer payment plans. You are, however, welcome use one of the payment plans offered by our third-party payment processors, Stripe or PayPal.

If you choose to use commercial fonts in your design, you'll be responsible for purchasing the appropriate license(s). All of that will be discussed with you within the project, prior to finalizing your design.

The only other potential fee is for excessive revisions. Because this is a fixed-price agreement, each package comes with a set number of edits.

We're fully committed to protecting your privacy. Anything you share with us is used solely for the purpose of completing our work together. We will never share your information, unless required by Law.

Your brand will always be your own. We sell each design up to 5 times. That means only five people worldwide will share the design structure. You can customize your chosen design with fonts, colors, and other tweaks to make it more distinguishable. You also get a communication package to help you differentiate yourself and your brand. And, if you’d like to purchase any remaining rights to the design, we will no longer sell the design to anyone else.
