Prior to our work together we’ll provide you with a complete and thorough contract for your review. This page is intended to answer many of the frequently asked questions you may have before you proceed. As always if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
COPYRIGHTING AND TRADEMARKING
Our function is to give your business a face, a name and a story. Your story. We are the writer and visual artist. The business filings are the sole responsibility of the business owner. We do not get involved in the legal aspects of the business. Initially a copyright search is conducted online through the USPTO to determine whether anyone is already claiming trademark rights in a particular mark through a federal registration. We recommend checking with a patent/trademark attorney for further guidance regarding any legal aspects of your business.
PAYMENT
Due to the nature of our business, payment is due in full before work on the project commences. Because we know that small businesses have budgets and recommend the Bill me Later option through Paypal if you’re in need of some financial flexibility. In the case that extra revisions are to be made, final payment is due before the project is finalized and sent.
We accept payments through Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can still make a secure, one-time payment through the site. We value your business and have taken extra efforts to protect your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
If you would prefer to send a certified check or money order, please let us know in advance and we will provide you with instructions.
Once you’ve completed payment, we’ll be in touch with your first round of ‘homework’.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We want you to be absolutely thrilled. We promise to work with you on your project until you’re thoroughly satisfied. Because our work has been fully customized just for you, once a project is signed off upon or has gone live on the Internet, we are unable to offer refunds in whole or in part. In the event it becomes clear at some point during our time together that we are unable to complete your vision to your satisfaction, we may be able to offer a partial refund based upon a percentage of services rendered thus far. Your project is our first priority. By adding your project to our schedules, we have agreed to commit approximately 3-6 weeks working closely with you. In doing this, we are placing future and potential client projects on hold. Because of this, should complete rescheduling or complete cancellation be requested prior to beginning work, but after payment is received, a $300 fee will be assessed.
TIME FRAME
This depends in large part on you, the client. Ensuring we have the materials and information necessary to work on a segment of the project is crucial. The process is cumulative, meaning we must complete one section before we move to the next to maintain the fluidity of the project. We will work with you closely each and every step of the way, ensuring your total satisfaction before we move on to the next phase. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with the end result and will work with you until it’s just right. This may require more time and re-writes or re-designs which may lengthen the time it takes to complete the job. A safe estimate is to allow a minimum of three weeks but generally no longer than six weeks from the time we begin until completion.
Need it done yesterday? Assuming we have the time available to dedicate our full resources to the project on short notice, we will do our best to meet your deadline while maintaining the integrity of the project. Because this will require us to work overtime, a rush fee will be incurred. This fee will vary based on a variety of factors and will be quoted upon request.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell your information to anyone and will never share your information, unless required by law.
All correspondence, documents, logins and other sensitive information provided to us will be treated as fully confidential between the client and Revolutionary Branding, unless consent has been granted by both parties involved.

We believe that the best brands are fluid and cohesive. We work together to bring your personal brand and your visual brand into complete harmony. The personal side of the branding is as important as the visual brand and vice versa. We know that in some cases you are coming to us with an existing logo or copy that you would like to work into your project. Not a problem!
